Once you have created a Scene, right click in the Sources box (or use the plus at the bottom) to add what ever you want to capture. This means if you name a source Game, you can't have a Scene with the name Game. As an important note, all Scenes and Sources are global in OBS Studio, so they can not share a name. The arrow buttons can be used to change the order. For example: Welcome, Desktop, Game, Break, End. You can create as many Scenes as you want, and name them to easily distinguish between them.
